What to expect before you book.

Do we need professional models or can we use our own team?

Both are great options. Many of our most compelling lifestyle shoots feature real employees, customers, or community members, bringing a natural sense of authenticity to the work.

If you choose to work with models, we can handle sourcing and coordination. If you prefer to feature your own team, we’ll provide direction and create an environment where everyone feels at ease on camera.

How much direction do you provide on set?

As much or as little as you need. For structured campaign shoots we provide full creative direction — poses, expressions, positioning, and pacing. For more documentary-style work we stay in the background and let things unfold naturally. Most shoots are a blend of both. We’ll align on the approach during planning.

How do you handle shoots across multiple locations or days?

Multi-location and multi-day shoots are common for lifestyle work and we plan for them as part of the project scope. We’ll map out a shot list that accounts for travel, lighting conditions at each location, and the time needed to capture what’s on the list without rushing.

What's the best way to prepare our team for a shoot?

We send a prep guide before every shoot that covers what to wear, what to avoid, and how to show up ready. Beyond that, the most important thing is showing up relaxed — we handle the rest. Most people who are nervous about being on camera are surprised by how natural it feels once we get started.
