Non-Profit Photography & Video

Visual storytelling for organizations doing work that matters.

Non-Profit | Photo & Video

Your mission deserves visuals as powerful as the work itself.

Non-profit organizations do some of the most meaningful work in any community, but without strong visuals, that impact can go unseen. Donors, grant committees, and the public often decide based on what they can see and feel.

We create photography and video that tells the story of your mission and clearly communicates your impact. Content that helps you raise awareness, build trust, and secure the support you need to grow.

Every project is approached with the same level of care, craft, and intention we bring to any commercial engagement because your work deserves nothing less.

We evaluate non-profit projects on a case-by-case basis and are committed to making quality visual work accessible to mission-driven organizations. Reach out and tell us about your organization and what you’re working toward — we’ll have an honest conversation about what’s possible within your budget.

We follow all applicable privacy and consent protocols and work closely with your organization to ensure proper release documentation is in place before anyone is photographed or filmed. We approach sensitive subjects with care, dignity, and a genuine respect for the people in front of the camera.

Yes. Non-profit shoots often need to happen around program delivery, community events, or specific moments that can’t be rescheduled. We plan around your calendar and have experience working efficiently in live program environments without disrupting the work.

All photography is delivered in high-resolution formats suitable for both print and digital use. Video is delivered in formats optimized for web, social, and presentation use. If your grant or publication has specific technical requirements, let us know and we’ll deliver accordingly.

Moments worth remembering

What our clients are saying

We measure success by how our clients feel when they see the final work. Here’s what they had to say.

“I’ve worked with Meagan multiple times over the years for both photography and videography, and I truly can’t say enough good things about her. She is incredibly talented, but beyond that, she is just so easy and enjoyable to work with. She makes everything feel natural, which somehow always translates into the most beautiful photos and videos.“
