What to expect before you book.

How do we make sure the most important moments get captured?

A detailed run of show is the most valuable thing you can share with us before the event. The more we know about the schedule, the priority moments, the key people, and the layout, the better we can plan coverage. We review everything in advance and arrive early to walk the venue.

Yes. For large or multi-room events we’ll recommend the appropriate coverage — which may mean a second photographer or videographer depending on the scope. We’ll assess the event format and give you an honest recommendation on what’s needed to cover it properly.

Standard delivery for event photography is 10 to 14 business days. Video is typically delivered within 14 to 21 business days. For events with urgent turnaround needs — press deadlines, same-day social, or next-day recap emails — we offer expedited delivery. Let us know your timeline upfront, and we’ll build it into the plan.

Yes. Multi-day events are scoped as full-engagement projects. We’ll plan coverage across all days, coordinate with your event team on the schedule, and deliver a unified content library at the end of the engagement. We can also provide end-of-day selects during the event if you need rolling social content throughout.
