Equine Photography & Video

Photography and video for equestrian professionals, farms, breeders, and competitors who take their craft seriously.

Equine | Photo & Video

Equine photography requires more than a good camera.

Equine photography requires patience, timing, and a true understanding of how horses move and respond. When a horse is rushed or stressed, it shows. We work calmly, read the animal, and wait for the moments that matter.

We create photography and video that capture horses honestly. In motion, at rest, in their environment, and in connection with their riders and handlers. Whether you’re a trainer, breeder, competitor, or equine business, we deliver imagery that reflects the quality of your work and the character of your horses.

From competition coverage to farm marketing and portrait sessions, every shoot is approached with both technical precision and a deep respect for the animal.

Common Questions

What to expect before you book.

What time of day is best for equine photography and video?

Golden hour — the hour after sunrise or before sunset — produces the most flattering light for horses outdoors. The soft, warm light brings out coat color and depth in a way that midday light simply can’t match. For indoor arena shoots, we assess the facility lighting and bring supplemental equipment if needed.

Patience and low pressure. We never rush a horse for the sake of a shot. We take time to let the animal settle, read the body language, and work at whatever pace the horse needs. In our experience, the best shots come when the horse is relaxed — and that’s never forced.

Absolutely. We can structure sessions to include multiple horses, riders, or team members while keeping everything organized and efficient.

Yes. We travel for equine projects regularly. Travel fees apply for shoots outside our standard service area — reach out with your location and project details and we’ll put together a quote that accounts for travel.
